Baxter High School-Cupar,Fife/Bodmin Community
College-Cornwall/Cleveland Youth Wind
Orchestra/
Hemel Hemstead High School/Richmond School-North
Yorkshire/Springwood High School-King's
Lynn) と５つの地域の芸術カウンシル(Northern Arts/Yorkshire
& Humberside Arts/EasternArts/South
West Arts/Scottish Arts Council) の基金を得た共同委嘱によって作曲。
